Where do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries:

Begium: The shipping costs are €8.95 for orders up to €50. Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge.

Germany: The shipping costs are €8.95 for orders up to €50. Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge.

Luxembourg: The shipping costs are €8.95 for orders up to €50. Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge.

Other countries within the EU: The shipping costs are €14.95 for orders up to € 75. Orders over € 75 are shipped free of charge.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Yes, all of our CPAP machines and masks come with a manufacturer's warranty. The duration of the warranty may vary depending on the specific device. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service for more information.

Can I try a CPAP machine?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store or offer trial periods for our CPAP machines. However, we provide detailed information, photos and videos on our website to help you make an informed decision.

Are the CPAP machines covered by my insurance?

We do not work directly with insurance companies. However, CPAP machines are part of the basic package with all health insurance policies. However, the reimbursement for non-contracted care can vary between 75%-100% of the purchase amount. We recommend contacting your insurance company to obtain information regarding coverage and reimbursement options.

Can I pay for an order afterwards?

Yes, you can pay for your order afterwards by using the Klarna payment option during checkout.

What is your return policy?

The returns policy can be found here . But in short it comes down to the following:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You then have 14 days to send it. Shipping costs are at your own expense.
Unfortunately, products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Can I also pick up my order?

To limit traffic around our logistics center and therefore also limit CO2 emissions, it is unfortunately not possible to collect orders.
