Some instructions for using these filters

The coarse filter can optionally be used in combination with the corresponding fine filter. These pollen filters are washable and therefore reusable. Clean this coarse filter once a week with some warm water and possibly a small amount of suitable soap. Ensure the filter is completely dry before reusing it. Replace the pollen filter 2 to 4 times a year, depending on its condition after cleaning. In case of doubt, always consult the device's manual and/or a treating physician. These filters qualify as a "hygiene product" which cannot be returned once received.
