The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet has been a favorite among CPAP users worldwide for years due to its rich features and proven reliability. Thanks to its clear color screen and easy-to-use buttons, it is simple to operate. This Auto CPAP version can be set to both a fixed and automatic pressure with a pressure range of 4 - 20 cmH2O. When the automatic mode is chosen, the device intelligently and continuously provides a pressure level that best suits the individual user's needs.
Exceptionally quiet and equipped with numerous comfort settings
Thanks to the patented Easy-Breathe motor, the ResMed AirSense 10 Auto CPAP is very quiet during operation. With a noise level of only 27 dB, noise disturbance throughout the night is a thing of the past! In addition, the screen automatically darkens when the bedroom light is turned off to prevent any possible nuisance from it. The options for choosing a ramp time at the beginning of therapy and the Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) function for pressure relief during exhalation also provide extra comfort. To complete the package, this device also features a SmartStart function, which immediately starts therapy when the mask is put on.
Therapy results easily accessible thanks to the myAir app
Tracking the progress and effectiveness of sleep therapy is incredibly easy via the ResMed myAir app. In addition, the sleep report from the last night is immediately visible via the built-in screen. The myAir app also contains more detailed results, useful tips, and instructional videos for optimal use. This app can be downloaded for free from both Google Play and the Apple App Store. Each night is assessed with a score between 0 and 100 regarding the effectiveness of the sleep therapy. This score is determined based on the number of usage hours, the mask seal, the number of events per hour (AHI), and the frequency of putting on and taking off the mask. The app also offers the possibility to track therapy results over a longer period and download therapy reports. In addition to all this, the results are also stored on the standard included SD card.
Traveling with the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet
The AirSense 10 comes standard with a luxurious travel bag, which also provides ample extra space for storing accessories. This makes the CPAP device easy to take with you when traveling, whether by hand, over the shoulder, or attached to the retractable handle of a suitcase. In addition, a 12/24 volt adapter for this device is available separately, an ideal solution for use in a camper, caravan, or boat. A suitable CPAP battery in the form of the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite is also available separately. Thanks to FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) approval, this Auto CPAP is also allowed for use on board an airplane! It is recommended to contact the airline before departure to inquire about further conditions.
Expandable with humidifier and heated tube
With the separately available HumidAir 10 humidifier for the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet, humidification can also be added to sleep therapy. This humidifies the air inhaled through the CPAP mask, making a dry nose and/or mouth in the morning a thing of the past. The HumidAir 10 offers the possibility to choose from 8 different humidity levels. Condensation in the tube and mask during the colder months of the year can also be easily prevented with the separately available ClimateLineAir 10 heated tube. If the humidifier is used in combination with the ClimateLineAir tube, this also offers the possibility of using the Climate Control function. This option allows both the temperature and humidity of the inhaled air to be fully automatically adjusted to the environment.
